Advanced Elasto Coat Ultra
BULKWARK ELASTO COAT ULTRA is single component, water Based polyurethane-based polypropylene fiber reinforced elastomeric coating which consists of specially developed polymers and properly selected components. BULKWARK ELASTO COAT ULTRA is not a usual elastomeric coating which is modified Polyurethane based acrylic elastomeric coating which cures by natural air, sunlight and gives Tough heavy duty Waterproof Membrane with extreme resistance for water and UV rays hence this can be applied on any Open Surface including Terrace and wall.

FEATURES: :
- Will Provide Tough, Heavy Duty slightly flexible water proof membrane.
- Allows trapped vapor to escape thus preventing peeling and blistering.
- Can be applied in uniform thickness to horizontal and vertical surfaces.
- Develops excellent bond to most building materials.
- BULKWARK ELASTO COAT ULTRA is not affected by ultraviolet light or by chemicals ranging from mild acids to strong alkalis.
- BULKWARK ELASTO COAT ULTRA is non-flammable and does not give off toxic gases.

METHOD OF APPLICATION WATER PROOFING COATING:
SURFACE PREPARATION
- Prior to application of BULKWARK ELASTO COAT ULTRA the surface must be prepared as mentioned below to avoid failure and to achieve maximum beneficial properties.
- When placing BULKWARK ELASTO COAT ULTRA coating, water should be removed.
- The surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foreign matters, loose materials or any deposits of contamination which could affect the bonding.
(II) Application:
- After surface preparation like Removing loose particles and crack Treatment BULKWARK ELASTO COAT ULTRA must be applied on the Top of suitable primer (Ex: Bulwark PSC)
- Two coats are recommended one more coat can be done to achieve more thickness.
- First coat should be allowed to air dry for 2-3 hours prior to apply subsequent coat.
- If pond test to be done then can be done only after 96 hrs from the time of application.
PRECAUTIONS:
- BULKWARK ELASTO COAT ULTRA must be applied with temperature above 10° C and below 40° C.
- BULKWARK ELASTO COAT ULTRA should not be used with addition of cement.
- BULKWARK ELASTO COAT ULTRA is not harm for applicators and users.
PRECAUTIONS:
- Store in dry cool place in the temperature range from 5⁰C to 30⁰C in sealed condition.
- Do not allow to freeze. Keep away from direct sunlight.

SHELF LIFE IS TWELVE MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF MANUFECTURING.
