BULWARK SEAL COTE 3 is two components Epoxy Resin Based waterproofing compound one parts consists of Epoxy and other part consists of curing agent after mixing both these parts even though it can be thinned with water it will posses all the best properties and characters which one Epoxy posses .
BULWARK SEAL COTE 3 is not a Traditional Epoxy coating system it is made with Hybrid Technology Hence this can be applied on any damp surface and its cures by natural air and sunlight. BULWARK SEAL COTE 3 also has excellent resistance to Corrosion with high bonding strength hence this can be used as a base coat on any surface before applying solvent based coating like Polyurethane and epoxy coatings.

METHOD OF APPLICATION IN WATER PROOFING :
SURFACE PREPARATION:
- Prior to application of BULWARK SEAL COTE 3the surface must be prepared as mentioned below to avoid failure and to achieve maximum beneficial properties.
- When placing BULWARK SEAL COTE 3 coating, water should be removed.
- The surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foreign matters, loose materials or any deposits of contamination which could affect the bonding.

- After surface preparation like Removing loose particles and crack Treatment BULWARK SEAL COTE 3 can be applied on the Top of any Surface Except glass and Stainless steel.
- One coat is enough as a base coat.
- BULWARK SEAL COTE 3 can be applied as two coats wherever require waterproofing system.
- If pond test to be done then can be done only after 36 hrs from the time of application.
PRECAUTIONS:
- BULWARK SEAL COTE 3 system must be applied with temperature above 10⁰ C and below 40⁰ C.
- BULWARK SEAL COTE 3 should not be used with addition of cement in coating system.
- BULWARK SEAL COTE 3 is not harm for applicators and users.
STORAGE:
- Store in dry cool place in the temperature range from 5⁰C to 30⁰C in sealed condition.
- Do not allow to freeze. Keep away from direct sunlight.
