Bulwark Cool 20+

BULWARK COOL 20+ is HIGH SRI RATED, Premium Hybrid Acrylic Thermal paint which consists of specially developed polymers and properly selected components. BULWARK COOL 20+ is not a usual solar reflective paint unlike other solar reflective paints BULWARK COOL 20+ contains United States of America made Hollow glass microspheres with Pure Acrylic Resin and Modified Kaolin which ensure premium thermal insulation and long lasting performance. It cures by natural air, sunlight and gives elastomeric waterproof membrane BULWARK COOL 20+ is elastomeric in nature and has good resistance to weather and sunlight

BULWARK COOL 20+ has excellent protection against UV rays and reduces the temperature of 12°C – 18°C It posses breathing properties, water resistance, crack bridging properties & UV resistance.

• Wherever Heat proofing (Thermal Insulation) need with moderate elongation
• Open Terrace and
• Any Open Surfaces
• On Metal Roof
• Exterior Side Walls

FEATURES:

• Will Provide Flexible water proof Cum Heat Proof membrane.
• Allows trapped vapor to escape thus preventing peeling and blistering.
• Can be applied in uniform thickness to horizontal and vertical surfaces.
• Develops excellent bond to most building materials.
• BULWARK COOL 20+ is not affected by ultraviolet light or by chemicals ranging from mild acids to strong alkalis.
• BULWARK COOL 20+ is non-flammable and does not give off toxic gases.
• BULWARK COOL 20+ is not harmful to the health of workman.

METHOD OF APPLICATION AS WATER PROOF CUM HEAT PROOF:

SURFACE PREPARATION:

• Prior to application of BULWARK COOL 20+ the surface must be prepared as mentioned below to avoid failure and to achieve maximum beneficial properties.
• When placing BULWARK COOL 20+ coating, water should be removed so that surface is only damp. In no case there should be standing water.
• The surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foreign matters, loose materials or any deposits of contamination which could affect the bonding.

APPLICATION:

• After surface preparation like Removing loose particles and crack Treatment BULWARK COOL 20+ must be applied on the Top of Bulwark Exterior Primer OR BULWARK RAIN TITE.
• Two coats are recommended one more coat can be done to achieve desired thickness.
• First coat should be allowed to air dry for 2-3 hours prior to apply subsequent coat.

PRECAUTIONS:

• system must be applied with temperature above 2⁰ C and below 40⁰ C.
• BULWARK COOL 20+ should not be used with cement.
• BULWARK COOL 20+ is not harm for applicators and users.

STORAGE:

• Store in dry cool place in the temperature range from 5⁰C to 30⁰C in sealed condition
• Do not allow to freeze. Keep away from direct sunlight

COVERING CAPACITY:

• BULWARK COOL 20+ will give following coverage in below mentioned surface
• Coverage will vary based on surface, Application type and workmanship.
• Adding more water may give more coverage but definitely affect the quality
• To achieve desired thickness along with good coverage better use appropriate level of water i.e. Not more than 5-10% of the BULWARK COOL 20+ volume.
