AREA OF APPLICATION:

• On any Concrete slab i.e. sunken slab, Roof slab and Garden Area.
• Open Terrace and any Open to sky surface.
• Can be applied on swimming pool.
• Wherever need heavy duty permanent water proofing.
• If Potable water tank better use “ Bulwark Seal Cote 3 ( Food Grade)
• If require heavy chemical resistance then apply “ BULWARK CTE”

FEATURES:

• Will Provide Tough, Flexible water proof membrane.
• Can be applied in uniform thickness to horizontal and vertical surfaces.

METHOD OF APPLICATION IN WATER PROOFING :

SURFACE PREPARATION:

• Prior to application of BULWARK CTP the surface must be prepared as mentioned below to avoid failure and to achieve maximum beneficial properties.
• When placing “BULWARK CTP” coating, water should be removed so that surface is must be dry.
• In sunken corner area must to be packed with Bulwark cement Mortar prior to this application.
• All concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed and cleaned before applying “Bulwark CTP”

APPLICATION:

• BULWARK CTP is ready to apply, if require can be diluted with 2% Mc thinner.
• The mix has to be stirred thoroughly until smooth homogeneous slurry is obtained. Wait for 1-3 minutes to release entrapped air bubbles.
• Two are recommended one more coat can be done to achieve desired thickness.
• First coat should be allowed to air dry for 3-4 hours prior to apply subsequent coat.

PRECAUTIONS:

• BULWARK CTP system must be applied with temperature above 5⁰ C and below 40⁰ C.
• Use Bulwark PU 400 where require more adhesion and more UV resistance.

STORAGE:

• Store in dry cool place in the temperature range from 5⁰C to 30⁰C in sealed condition.
• Do not allow to freeze. Keep away from direct sunlight.
