BULWARK 5555 is two component Epoxy Resin Based waterproofing compound one parts consists of Epoxy and other part consists of curing agent after mixing both these parts even though it can be thinned with water it will posses all the best properties and characters which one Epoxy posses .
BULWARK 5555 is not a Traditional Epoxy coating system made with Hybrid Technology Hence this can be applied on any damp surface and its cures by natural air and sunlight.
BULWARK 5555 has excellent resistance to Corrosion with high bonding strength hence this can be used as a base coat on any surface before applying solvent based coating like Polyurethane and epoxy coatings.

METHOD OF APPLICATION IN WATER PROOFING :
SURFACE PREPARATION:
- Prior to application of BULWARK 5555 the surface must be prepared as mentioned below to avoid failure and to achieve maximum beneficial properties.
- When placing BULWARK 5555 coating, water should be removed
- The surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foreign matters, loose materials or any deposits of contamination which could affect the bonding.

- After surface preparation Ex.Removing loose particles and crack Treatment BULWARK 5555 can be applied on the Top of any Surface Except glass and Stainless steel.
- One coat is enough for waterproofing in new plastered outer wall.
- BULWARK 5555 can be applied as two coats on sunken, concrete waterproofing.
- If pond test to be done then can be done only after four days
PRECAUTIONS:
- Mix Part A and Part B for 3-5Minutes then add water and mix it for 2-3 minutes.
- BULWARK 5555 should not be used in open Terrace as a Top coat
- BULWARK 5555 is not harm for applicators and users.
STORAGE:
- Store in dry cool place in the temperature range from 5⁰C to 30⁰C in sealed condition.
- Do not allow to freeze. Keep away from direct sunlight.
