BULWARK LEAK BOND-III is highly flexible premium Acrylic concrete protective coating for concrete it is two component premium grade liquid rubber with composition of Acrylic modified co polymer and Cement based fine granules, It cures by sunlight and good air circulation and will give a tough flexible membrane.BULWARK LEAK BOND-III has excellent bonding with concrete, water resistance, with crack bridging properties this can be applied on any area wherever require heavy duty, high water resistant coating and before laying Tiles, marble and granite to prevent water ingress and alleviates staining.
AREA OF APPLICATION:
- On any Concrete slab i.e. sunken slab, Roof slab
- Can be applied on swimming pool and water tank.
- Wherever need heavy duty water proofing and protective membrane.
- For Potable water tank use “ Bulwark Seal Cote 3 ( Food Grade)

METHOD OF APPLICATION IN WATER PROOFING :
SURFACE PREPARATION:
- Prior to application of BULWARK LEAK BOND-III the surface must be prepared as mentioned below to avoid failure and to achieve maximum beneficial properties.
- When placing BULWARK LEAK BOND-III coating, water should be removed so that surface is only damp. In no case there should be standing water.
- In sunken corner area must to be packed with Bulwark cement Mortar prior to this application.
- All concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly pre-wetted prior to the application of “BULWARK LEAK BOND-III” coating by sprinkle water on flat surface.
APPLICATION:
- BULWARK LEAK BOND-III must be mixed with in the ratio of 1:3 (PART A: PART B) 5-10% water can be added on total weight for brushable consistency.
- The mix has to be stirred thoroughly until smooth homogeneous slurry is obtained. Wait for 1-3 minutes to release entrapped air bubbles.
- Two are recommended one more coat can be done to achieve desired thickness.
- First coat should be allowed to air dry for 3-4 hours prior to apply subsequent coat.
PRECAUTIONS:
- BULWARK LEAK BOND-2 system must be applied with temperature above 5⁰ C and below 40⁰ C.
- Pour out Part B slowly on Part A and use slow speed stirrer to mix thoroughly.
- Use BULWARK LEAK BOND-III when expectation is high flexibility and high water resistance.
STORAGE:
- Store in dry cool place in the temperature range from 5⁰C to 30⁰C in sealed condition.
- Do not allow to freeze. Keep away from direct sunlight.
