BULWARK PRIME SEALER COTE is the single component premium quality penetrable primer which can be applied in water tank, sunken portion and also can be used as a effective Primer for any water proofing coating system.BULWARK PRIME SEALER COTE is composed of specially developed polymers, properly selected and graded fillers. It cures by air circulation and will give a tough PENETRABLE coating.
BULWARK PRIME SEALER COTE has excellent efflorescence resistance and bonding with any surface except metal and glasses and has breathing properties, water resistance, crack bridging properties, weathering durability. Due to this low molecular weight this can be easily penetrated in to any concrete surface then will give immense bonding strength and superior water proof effect.

METHOD OF APPLICATION IN WATER PROOFING :
SURFACE PREPARATION:
- Prior to application ofBULWARK PRIME SEALER COTE the surface must be prepared as mentioned below to avoid failure and to achieve maximum beneficial properties.
- When placing BULWARK PRIME SEALER COTE water should be removed so that surface is only damp. In no case there should be standing water.
- The surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foreign matters, loose materials or any deposits of contamination which could affect the bond between the surface and the BULWARK PRIME SEALER COTE.
- New flat surface like sub-base concrete shall be made reasonably smooth so as not to impede the application of BULWARK PRIME SEALER COTE and to avoid sharp projections.
- All concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly pre-wetted prior to the application of BULWARK PRIME SEALER COTE by pouring water on flat surface or by spraying water on vertical/inclined surfaces.
APPLICATION:-
- BULWARK PRIME SEALER COTE must be mixed with water and applied in the ratio of 1:1 by weight.
- The mix has to be stirred thoroughly then Wait for 1-2 minutes to release entrapped air bubbles.
- The mix has to be applied by brush specially made spray.
- It should be allowed to air dry for 2-3 hours prior to apply subsequent coat.
PRECAUTIONS:
- BULWARK PRIME SEALER COTE system must be applied with temperature above 5⁰ C and below 40⁰ C.
- BULWARK PRIME SEALER COTE should not be used without dilution.
STORAGE:
- Store in dry cool place in the temperature range from 5⁰C to 30⁰C in sealed condition.
- Do not allow to freeze. Keep away from direct sunlight.
