BULWARK PU300 is single component, water Based POLYURETHANE COATING which is consists of specially developed polymers and properly selected components. BULWARK PU300 is not a usual Polyurethane coating is modified Polyurethane which cures by natural air, sunlight and gives Tough heavy duty Waterproof Membrane with extreme resistance for water and UV rays hence this can be applied on any Open Surface including Terrace and wall.
BULWARK PU300 also has excellent resistance to Corrosion with high bonding strength hence this can be used as a Anti corrosion coating on GI sheets.

FEATURES:
- Will Provide Tough, Heavy Duty slightly flexible water proof membrane.

METHOD OF APPLICATION IN WATER PROOFING :
SURFACE PREPARATION:
- Prior to application of BULWARK PU300 the surface must be prepared as mentioned below to avoid failure and to achieve maximum beneficial properties.
- When placing BULWARK PU300 coating, water should be removed
- The surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foreign matters, loose materials or any deposits of contamination which could affect the bonding.
APPLICATION:
- After surface preparation like Removing loose particles and crack Treatment BULWARK PU300 must be applied on the Top of suitable primer (Example :2 Part Water :1 Part PU300 )
- Two coats are recommended one more coat can be done to achieve desired thickness.
- First coat should be allowed to air dry for 2-3 hours prior to apply subsequent coat.
- If pond test to be done then can be done only after 48 hrs from the time of application.
PRECAUTIONS:
- BULWARK PU300 system must be applied with temperature above 10⁰ C and below 40⁰ C.
- BULWARK PU300 should not be used with addition of cement.
- BULWARK PU300 is not harm for applicators and users.
STORAGE:
- Store in dry cool place in the temperature range from 5⁰C to 30⁰C in sealed condition.
- Do not allow to freeze. Keep away from direct sunlight.
